We will review the case and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund when applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Shipping

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placement.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
